煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產品工作原理：
該篩機由振動電機、篩體、一次減振簧、一次減振、二次減振簧、底板組成。依靠相同的兩臺振動電機反方向自同步旋轉，使篩體沿激振力方向做周期性往復運動，迫使物料在篩面上做連續拋物運動，煤粉迅速松散透篩，木屑與纖維等雜物留在篩網上部，定期由人工清理。

本機由篩箱、密封罩、振動電機、二次隔振系統、底架等組成。篩箱依靠兩臺相同的振動電機作反方向自同步旋轉，使整個參振部件做直線振動。煤粉從入料口落入篩箱后，迅速松散、透篩，木屑、纖維等雜物留在篩網上部，定期由人工清理。
煤粉篩采用高性能的振動電機激振，調整振動電機激振力的大小，可以改變篩機振動的振幅大小。
篩機設置二次隔振系統，煤粉篩運行時傳給基礎的動負荷小，可以安裝在樓板上。
篩面為平頂式不銹鋼絲編織篩網，用勾板拉緊。

煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產品安裝與調試：
1、安裝前，把現場基礎與篩子安裝圖對照檢查。
2、安裝時根據從下到上的順序安裝，先裝底板，再裝二次振簧，二次減振，一次減振簧，篩體。
3、調整各種膠簧，保證垂直，如出現歪斜，調整底板位置，使之垂直，最后把底板與基礎予理板焊接在一起。
4、兩臺電機轉向相反。
Installation and debugging

1、應經常檢查固定電機螺栓和固定篩板螺栓是否松動，如有松動，及時擰緊。
2、振動電機一般一年大修一次，檢查軸承磨損情況，更換新的潤滑脂。
3、振動電機日常維護參照電機使用說明書。
