TD系列斗式提升機產(chǎn)品概述

       TD系列斗式提升機適用于垂直輸送堆積密度不大于1.5t/m3的粉狀、粒狀、及小塊狀的磨琢性較小的散狀物料，如糧食、煤、水泥、碎礦石等，提升高度最高40m。TD系列斗式提升機嚴格按照JB3926-85《垂直斗式提升機》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計制造，目前國內(nèi)常用的斗式提升機均為垂直式。TD系列斗式提升機特點為：結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，運行平穩(wěn)，挖取式裝料，離心重力式卸料，物料溫度不超過60℃；TD系列斗式提升機與傳統(tǒng)D型斗式提升機相比輸送效率高、料斗形式多，應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用。本機備有四種料斗：Q型（淺斗）、H型（弧底斗）、zh型（中深斗）、sh型（深斗），分別輸送各種物料，用戶可以根據(jù)物料特性來選擇適當(dāng)?shù)牧隙贰１咎嵘龣C代號為TD,即帶式斗式提升機；產(chǎn)品規(guī)格以斗寬表示。

TD系列斗式提升機基本結(jié)構(gòu)

      TD型斗式提升機由運行部分(料斗與牽引膠帶),帶有傳動滾筒的上部區(qū)段，帶有拉緊滾筒的下部區(qū)段，中間機殼,驅(qū)動裝置,逆止制動裝置等組成。適用于向上輸送松散密度ρ＜1.5t/m3粉狀、粒狀和小塊狀的無磨琢性和半磨琢性散狀物料,如煤、砂、焦末、水泥、碎礦石等。TD型斗式提升機結(jié)構(gòu)形式為：TD型斗提升機的傳動裝置有兩種形式，分別配有YZ型減速器、ZQ(或YY)型減速器。YZ型軸減速器直接裝在主軸軸頭上,省去了傳動平臺、聯(lián)軸器等,使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕,而且其內(nèi)部帶有異型輥逆止器，逆止可靠。該減速器噪音低，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，并隨主軸浮動，可消除安裝應(yīng)力。

3.使用壽命長,提升機的喂料采取流入式,無需用斗挖料,材料之間很少發(fā)生擠壓和碰撞現(xiàn)象。本機在設(shè)計時保證物料在喂料、卸料時少有撒落,減少了機械磨損。
4. 運行可靠性好,先進的設(shè)計原理和加工方法,保證了整機運行的可靠性,無故障時間超過2萬小時。提升高度高.提升機運行平穩(wěn),因此可達到較高的提升高度。

    斗式提升機作為一種常用的提升設(shè)備，在得到廣泛的應(yīng)用的同時，根據(jù)不同行業(yè)的要求也有著非常清楚的分類，其按照傳動結(jié)構(gòu)可以分為：
(1).TD系列斗式提升機
    TD系列斗式提升機是一種國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的斗式提升機，該系列斗式提升機和D系列斗式提升機都是采用的膠帶傳動來提升物料，兩者沒有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別，D系列斗式提升機產(chǎn)品型號較老且型號規(guī)格少。TD系列斗式提升機是在D系列斗式提升機的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)過產(chǎn)品改良而來，其規(guī)格有TD100(不常用)、TD160、TD250、TD315、TD400、TD500、TD630、TD800、TD1000等型號,其中TD160、TD250、TD315等型號為普遍采用型號.
(2).TH系列斗式提升機
    TH系列斗式提升機是一種常用的提升設(shè)備，該系列斗式提升機采用鍛造環(huán)鏈作為傳動部分，具有很強的機械強度，主要用于提升粉體和小顆粒及小塊狀物料。區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機，其提升量更大、運轉(zhuǎn)效率更高。其常用于較大比重的物料的提升。
(3).NE系列斗式提升機
   NE系列斗式提升機是一種新型的斗式提升機，其采用板鏈傳動，區(qū)別于老型號TB系列板鏈斗式提升機，其命名方式采用提升量而命名而非斗寬。如NE150指的是提升量為150噸一小時而不是斗寬150。NE系列斗式提升機有著很高的提升效率，根據(jù)提升速度不同還分有NSE型號及高速板鏈斗式提升機。
(4).TB系列斗式提升機
    TB系列斗式提升機是一種較老型號的斗式提升機，其傳動部分采用板鏈傳動，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)被相應(yīng)NE系列斗式提升機產(chǎn)品替代。
(5).TG系列斗式提升機
    TG系列斗式提升機是一種加強型膠帶斗式提升機，其區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機，TG系列斗式提升機采用鋼絲膠帶作為傳動帶，其具有更強的傳動能力。該系列斗式提升機多被應(yīng)用于糧食輸送上，又被稱呼為糧食專用斗式提升機。
(6).其它型號斗式提升機
    常見的斗式提升機型號還有HL系列斗式提升機、GTD系列斗式提升機、GTH系列斗式提升機等，其均為以上型號的不同叫法和演變形式。
