Notes

　1 、鏈斗機(jī)、鏈板機(jī)主要用于輸送磨損強(qiáng)，溫度高的物料，用戶訂貨時(shí)需注明型號(hào)，兩輪中心距，傾斜角度，最大輸送量等工藝參數(shù)。
　2、動(dòng)力裝置在鏈斗（板）機(jī)頭部、左、右裝可根據(jù)用戶要求變動(dòng)。
　3、輸送速度以8～10m/min為宜，太低影響輸送量，太高噪音大，磨損增大。且HB800、HB1000適宜輸送堆密度較小的物料。

訂貨須知：

2、輸送物料溫度用普材不大于200℃，如鏈板及牽引鏈用耐高溫材料（如高鉻高鎳鋼）制造，物料溫度可達(dá)400℃。
3、最大物料粒度不超過物料總量的15%，當(dāng)物料塊度較大且較多時(shí)，會(huì)影響輸送量。
4、如用在清洗工藝中，應(yīng)有清洗水槽（液體槽）把水收集。
