Parameters
1、振動給料機(jī)如用于配料、定量給料時，為保證給料的均勻穩(wěn)定，防止物料自流，應(yīng)水平安裝。如進(jìn)行一般物料連續(xù)給料，可下傾10°安裝。對于粘性物料及含水量較大的物料可以下傾15°安裝。GZG型電機(jī)振動給料機(jī)安裝與調(diào)試、使用與維護(hù)
2、安裝后的給料機(jī)應(yīng)留有20mm的游動間隙，橫向應(yīng)水平，懸掛裝置采用柔性連接。
3、空試前應(yīng)將全部螺栓緊固一次，尤其是振動電機(jī)的地腳螺栓，連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)3-5小時應(yīng)重新緊固一次。
4、試車時，兩臺振動電機(jī)必須反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
5、給料時在運行過程中應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查振幅，電流及噪音的穩(wěn)定性，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時停車處理。
6、電機(jī)軸承每2個月加注一次潤滑油，高溫季節(jié)應(yīng)每月加注一次潤滑油。

1、生產(chǎn)率的確定：本系列電機(jī)振動給料機(jī)的生產(chǎn)率是以河砂為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物料給出的（堆比重為1.6T/m3）。當(dāng)物料堆比重大于1.6T/m3時，其產(chǎn)量可按額定值選�。划�(dāng)物料的堆比重在1.2～1.6T/m3時，其產(chǎn)量可達(dá)到額定產(chǎn)量的0.9～1.0倍；當(dāng)物料堆比重在0.8～1.2T/m3時，其產(chǎn)量可達(dá)到額定值的0.8～0.9倍。物料堆比重小于1.6T/m3時，須適當(dāng)增加料層厚度，以提高產(chǎn)量。對于振動給料機(jī)難于輸送的物料（如滑石粉、鈦白粉、白泥、面粉、粘土等），以及含水量較大的親水性物料,則應(yīng)根據(jù)試驗確定產(chǎn)量。必要時將槽體適當(dāng)傾斜安裝（一般向下傾斜10～15度），以增加給料量。
2、控制箱的選擇：本系列電機(jī)振動給料機(jī)配套控制箱為反接制動控制箱，它可使給料機(jī)在停車時，快速停機(jī)，使給料機(jī)迅速通過共振區(qū)，避免過大振幅對機(jī)器造成損害。該控制箱具有過流、過壓、斷相等保護(hù)功能，另可根據(jù)工藝要求，增加能耗制動、快慢加料、遠(yuǎn)程控制及無級調(diào)速等功能。用戶在訂購時請注明。
3、給料機(jī)使用條件：
（1）環(huán)境溫度不超過+40℃；
（2）在環(huán)境溫度為20±5℃時，周圍介質(zhì)相對濕度不大于85%；
（3）周圍沒有嚴(yán)重腐蝕及影響電氣絕緣的介質(zhì)。
4、如在選型時遇到空間距離限制寬度，可考慮將振動電機(jī)改為后置安裝，減小寬度尺寸。
溫馨提示：GZG系列電機(jī)振動給料機(jī)由于常應(yīng)用于各種特定給料場合，其外形尺寸一般根據(jù)買方實際要求設(shè)計生產(chǎn)，以滿足各種給料量及場地安裝要求。該系列振動給料機(jī)常用為掛式，根據(jù)應(yīng)用場合不同，可以選用鋼制彈簧或者是橡膠彈簧。該系列振動給料機(jī)也可以座式安裝，也可以加裝棒條、高耐磨襯板等作為放礦機(jī)使用。其具有靈活多變的使用方式，上述參數(shù)僅為常用情況下參數(shù)，具體情況請咨詢本公司技術(shù)人員。
